Uh-Oh: Bernie Sanders Warns Democrat Party Could Be ‘Wiped out’ in 2022 Midterms; His Solution Is Pure ‘Bernie’

Bernie, Bernie, Bernie. When will you learn, you dogged old socialist, you?

The panicked Democrat Party frantically ran you off like a rabid, foaming-at-the-mouth dog in both 2016 and 2020 because they were scared to death you’d wrest the nomination from a Democrat and any chance of winning the presidency in the process.

I gotta hand it to you, Bernie. You persist. Even though you stubbornly continue to bark up the wrong tree. That said, let’s have a look at your latest foreboding comments, shall we?

According to McClatchy reporter Francesca Chambers, Bernie is already preaching doom and gloom to the Democrat Party about the 2022 midterm elections. The Vermont Independent, who caucuses with the Democrats, says the party stands a good chance of getting “wiped out” if it fails to “think big, very big.”

And, of course, in Bernie-speak, “thinking big, very big” means giving away as much “free” stuff and redistributing as much wealth as Democrats can get away with.

According to Chambers, here’s what Bernie said on Thursday.

“Given all that we face, now is not the time to think small. It is time to think big, very big. With Joe Biden as president and Democrats controlling the House and Senate for the first time since 2010, we will be judged on what we deliver for the American people in their time of need. The people want action, not excuses.”

Memo to Bernie:

Democrats will also be judged by the taxpayers from whom they take money to give to people who didn’t earn it. As another old socialist activist — and playwright — George Bernard Shaw famously said, “a government that robs Peter to pay Paul will always have the support of Paul.” But Bernie? Not a good idea to entirely piss off Peter.

“And let me be very clear,” Bernie said. Bernie always says “And let me be very clear.”

“I have zero doubt that unless we significantly improve the lives of the American people this year, Democrats will get wiped out in the 2022 midterm elections.

“That is what happened when Democrats had the House, the Senate, and the presidency under Bill Clinton in 1994 and that is what happened under Barack Obama in 2010.”

And, Bernie? If the Democrat Party listens to you and your socialist pal, Lizzie Warren? That is exactly what will happen in 2022.

Bernie then shared his definition of politics.

“Politicians and media focus a great deal on drama, personality, and conflict. That’s how they define politics. That is not my view.

“Politics is nothing more complicated than delivering policy that positively impacts the lives of working families.”

Wait. “Democrat politics is nothing more complicated than pandering to disparate groups, making hollow promises they never intend to keep, and engaging in identity politics and as much other divisive crap as they can get away with.” There. I fixed it for you.

In an op-ed for CNN — where else? I mean, other than the Communist Party USA “Gazette,” or something [sarc, but just barely] — titled Bernie Sanders: This is the agenda Democrats should pursue under Biden’s leadership, Sanders similarly wrote the following:

“The danger we face would not be in going too big or spending too much but in going too small and leaving the needs of the American people behind. If Republicans would like to work with us, we should welcome them.

“But their support is not necessary. In 2010, Sen. Mitch McConnell was willing to sabotage the economy to advantage Republicans, doing everything he could to make Obama a “one-term president.”

“We cannot let him play the same games again.”

Bernie. Bless your little socialist heart.

What did you, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer, and the rest of the Democrat Party sabotage for four years in your hellbent effort to not only make Donald Trump a one-term president; but also to remove him from office by hook or by crook — heavy emphasis on crook — from the moment he was inaugurated? Careful, bud; your hypocrisy is showing.

Aaand… just for fun. Besides, Bernie has always been out there, anyway. Way out there.
